The healthcare profession and physical therapy are evolving more rapidly now than ever, and many opportunities exist for clinicians to grow and expand their clinical skills.
HealthActions mentorship is more than teaching you new techniques, it is a structured process and wholistic in nature. Our model of care centers around a comprehensive paradigm that addresses all bodily systems as well as internal and external factors that impact the health and function of our patients.

Your mentorship journey begins with our core curriculum program which is the foundation for managing the movement system of patients. It is a systems approach that incorporates movement science into an examination and treatment model that guides your clinical decision-making in 4 phases of care. Your learning experience is guided by your on-site mentor with many helpful resources provided to facilitate your learning. Competency testing is incorporated into our mentorship program that provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and receive the recognition deserved for achieving this milestone.

With your foundation established, you may choose to expand your credentials by obtaining advanced proficiencies or a Board Specialty Certification. We highly support this decision and offer a program of mentored self-study to help you achieve this goal. This program is a viable alternative to residency and has proven successful in years past.

Regular in-service training, in-house sponsored continued education courses, and weekly patient care meetings are just some of what we do.
