About Jean

Jean has served as HealthActions' Human Resources Director and Administrative Office Manager for over a decade, bringing with her twenty years of prior experience in policy, compliance, and organizational management. She completed her Business Administration training through K2 Corporation Inc. in 1991 and furthered her technical skills with a Horizons Computer Technology and Application certification in 1993.

In her role, Jean oversees the full spectrum of employee needs — benefits, compliance, policy, licensure, and recognition — ensuring every team member has the resources and support to perform at their best. She is deeply invested in the culture of the organization: "It is my goal to ensure that all staff have the training and knowledge they need to be successful.
