About Jodi

Jodi's path from clinician to operations leader reflects a rare combination of frontline patient care and advanced academic achievement. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from Wallace State Community College in 2005 and built her clinical expertise in orthopedics, sports injuries and rehabilitation, and post-operative care. As her career evolved, she pursued an ambitious academic track in healthcare leadership — earning a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) in 2022, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management (BSHCM) in 2022, and a Master of Science in Health Quality and Safety (MSHQS) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2023.

A member of the American Physical Therapy Association and serving on the Alabama Chapter Board of Directors, Jodi brings both clinical credibility and operational rigor to her role as Director of Business Operations. She is dedicated to building a healthcare environment that delivers the highest quality of care while remaining safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable — principles that guide every decision she makes for the practice.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys traveling with family, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her children at their volleyball and basketball games.
