Ginger has vast experience in orthopedic sports medicine and manual therapy of the spine. She is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, a NATA-certified Athletic Trainer, and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. She has also received her certification in manual diagnosis and treatment of the spine (Cert. MDT).
Ginger’s philosophy on fitness and health is to train, educate, and empower patients so they have the knowledge needed to take control of their own well-being.

When she’s not in the clinic, Ginger loves watching college football—Roll Tide! She also enjoys spending quality time with her kids.

Karsen enjoys working with geriatric patients to help them maintain their independence and live a healthy, active lifestyle. She also enjoys working with athletes to help return them to the sports they love.
Karsen believes movement is medicine and fitness and health are essential components of a well-balanced life. She wants to help her patients achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle by addressing their individual needs and helping them incorporate physical activity into their routines.
“I want to use my skills to help relieve my patients’ pain and increase their quality of life. Seeing patients’ success and building relationships with patients is the most rewarding part of this profession.”
In her spare time, Karsen enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She loves spending time on the water during the summer and in north Alabama during the fall.
