Johnnie started practicing physical therapy in 1998 and has continued to pursue knowledge and training in the identification, management, and prevention of movement-related conditions. He has always taken an active interest in learning and understanding how to better care for his patients. His 17 years of practice and continued learning have given him many tools and a much clearer understanding of how our movement system works.
As a result, he is truly blessed to be able to make a difference in the lives of his patients by helping them remove barriers to optimal movement, restore lost function, achieve better overall health, and improve their quality of life.

Conner enjoys working with orthopedic and sports injuries and is a strong believer in the principle that “if you don’t use it, you lose it.”
I believe in creating personalized plans specifically for each patient’s needs, as no two people are the same. My goals are to improve quality of life through effective exercise that is safe and tailored to the needs of the patient. I enjoy building relationships with my patients.”
In his spare time, Conner enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, going to the beach, and cooking. He is always looking to try new foods and perfecting his culinary skills.

Jaycie is experienced in sports injuries, orthopedics, and geriatrics. Her passion is helping others improve their quality of life by empowering them to overcome their physical challenges and helping them achieve their goals.
“My goals are to provide effective and efficient care to my patients. I’ll do this by using clinical reasoning to make decisions, collaborating effectively, monitoring my patients’ evolving needs, and serving as an advocate for wellness. I will also strive to build a relationship with my patients by listening to them, educating them, and treating them with compassion.”
Outside of the clinic, Jaycie enjoys hunting, watching Alabama football, spending time with her family, and being outdoors.

Alicia graduated from Bishop State Community College as a licensed physical therapy assistant. She is experienced in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and manual therapy. She specializes in geriatrics and acute pain management.
Over the years, Alicia has developed a view that has driven her passion for patient care. She understands that a person’s emotional healing is as important as physical healing and that they go hand in hand. She is committed to the healing of a person as a whole, which will enable them to return to work, sports, and their lives. Alicia also enjoys teaching her patients that they have one body and have to take care of it for life. This means staying as fit and healthy as possible through your later years.

Katie graduated from BSCC as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She is experienced in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and manual therapy. She specializes in acute pain management, patient education, functional manual therapy and releases, and soft tissue massage.
“I love to help patients meet their personal goals and make therapy fun for them. I love helping patients understand the reasons why they are hurting and in pain and finding ways to help them maintain a good healthy lifestyle. It brings me such joy to see patients progress and come into therapy so happy because they are now able to perform activities, they were not able to complete before.”

“I strive to encourage my patients, to be a mentor, an to help them achieve their own personal goals for themselves during the rehabilitation process. I pride myself in being a cheerleader for each and every one of my patients.”
In her spare time, Payton enjoys playing with her puppy, Tucker, shopping, going to the river, and spending time with friends and family.

Tammy finds that working with the patients and watching them work through their personal challenges to achieve their goals requires compassion beyond compare. She is thankful to God for guiding her toward a career that made her realize the inner compassion she didn’t even know she could experience.
