“I think it is important for people to realize that health and fitness are not all gyms and dieting. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle may look like walking your dog in the park, hiking a new train, or biking with friends. It can be experimenting with new recipes and trying new foods. Establishing healthy routines is a lot easier when incorporating things that you enjoy.

In his spare time, Austin enjoys traveling to new places with his wife and going on hikes with their dogs. They love to spend time in the outdoors and enjoy the natural beauty the world has to offer.
