​Conner enjoys working with orthopedic and sports injuries and is a strong believer in the principle that “if you don’t use it, you lose it.”

I believe in creating personalized plans specifically for each patient’s needs, as no two people are the same. My goals are to improve quality of life through effective exercise that is safe and tailored to the needs of the patient. I enjoy building relationships with my patients.”

In his spare time, Conner enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, going to the beach, and cooking. He is always looking to try new foods and perfecting his culinary skills.
