Heather is skilled in treating orthopedic, geriatric, and athletic populations. She has advanced training in Active Neuromuscular Release (ANR), allowing her to deliver effective, individualized care.
Heather is passionate about making movement both fun and meaningful for her patients. She believes in meeting individuals where they are at each visit while incorporating exercises that are both functional and engaging. As she shares, “I believe in meeting people where they are each visit, while making exercise fun and functional.”
Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking, being outdoors, paddleboarding, and participating in sports.
