Shasta is passionate about helping patients with neurological disorders, including stroke rehab and Parkinson’s disease. She has extensive experience in Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab, Post-Op orthopedic surgeries, geriatric rehab, and fall prevention.

Shasta strongly thinks that a positive outlook can determine your outcome. She thrives in health and wellness, setting goals and working hard till she achieves it. She also thinks that most people can thrive with strong leadership as well as mentoring someone weaker than them. She approaches her health and wellness in much the same way. She looks to those she has picked to lead her and partners alongside those she can lead and mentor.

Shasta hopes to lead patients to set achievable goals and will work with them to reach them. She will guide her patients to success and cheer each one along every step of the way.

Shasta has two sweet boys that fill her time with sideline cheering on the football field and baseball diamond. She relishes a beautiful beach sunset, kayaking with her favorite people, and exercising with a group of motivated individuals. She also loves to bring joy to others by decorating cakes for their special occasions.
